After much deliberation we decided to make our signature chocolate orange cupcakes for Mary Berry. No pressure then! She’s in Oxford today giving a speech entitled ‘Recipe for Life’ and the cakes are for her picnic lunch on Christ Church meadow. Hope she enjoys them!
